Products purchased on www.expsnowboard.com are available in countries around the world.
For reasons of follow-up of the parcels, it is impossible for us to deliver the orders in the bases or other premises of the armies, hospitals and holiday centers.

Delivery methods:
The ordered product is delivered by a carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and the address on the order form.
From the parcel to the delivery:
You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note (CARRIER).
You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product …). This check is considered to have been made once the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
No claim can be made if the delivery order is signed, neither with EXP SNOWBOARD nor with the carrier.
In the case of a Snowboard board delivery, if the board is damaged, you must write on the delivery slip:
“COLIS DENIED, BROKEN BOARD” as well as your signature and only that.
You will need to inform us of this problem and we will call you back in order to proceed quickly to the sending of a new board (the parcel will be returned to us directly without any transport costs at your expense.)
Responsibilities:
EXP SNOWBOARD can not be held responsible for breach of contract due to force majeure, fortuitous event, disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire.
The choice and purchase of a product are under the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial impossibility of using the products in particular due to incompatibility of the material can not lead to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of EXP SNOWBOARD.
In case of non-delivery of an order or part of order, you have a maximum of one year (from the date of placing the order) to show you.
Beyond this deadline, we will not accept any claim.
