Article 1: Scope and modification of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to any order placed on the website www.stonesnowboards.com
EXP SNOWBOARD reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force on the day of placing the order.

Article 2: Availability of products
Our product offers are valid while stocks last.
Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In case of unavailability, we undertake within 30 days from the placing of the order either to deliver the product ordered or to offer you a similar product at a similar price or to refund it.

Article 3: Price
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT and exclude transport costs. The user will have to pay these transport costs, unless he benefits from a special offer exempting him. EXP SNOWBOARD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, in particular in the event of an increase in charges, the VAT rate or in the event of an obvious error.

EXP SNOWBOARD has no access to this data, and does not keep it on its servers. This is why you are asked for them again with each new transaction on our site.

Retention of title clause:
The products remain the property of EXP SNOWBOARD until full payment of the order. However, from delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

Non-payment:
EXP SNOWBOARD reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

Article 5: Terms of delivery
EXP SNOWBOARD cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery by the Carrier. EXP SNOWBOARD may be exempted from any liability by providing proof that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable either to the consumer or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract.

The products purchased on the www.expsnowboard.comsite are available in the following countries: metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, Italy, Norway…
For reasons of tracking packages, it is impossible for us to deliver orders to bases or other premises of the armed forces, hospitals and holiday centers.
For any order located outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland) we charge excluding VAT.

Delivery times:
Delivery may vary from 1 to 3 working days for metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, subject to product availability (in accordance with Article 2). Public holidays do not count as working days.
Delivery may vary from 7 to 30 working days for foreign countries, subject to stock availability (in accordance with Article 2).
This is an average time depending on the destination, shipping method and availability of the item.

From parcel to delivery:
You must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note (CARRIER). You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product …). This verification is considered to have been carried out when the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.

No claims can be made if the delivery note is signed, neither with EXP SNOWBOARD nor with the carrier.
In the case of a snowboard board delivery, if the board is damaged, the delivery note must indicate:

You will have to inform us of this problem and we call you back in order to quickly proceed to the sending of a new board (the package will be returned to us directly without any transport costs at your expense.)

Article 6: Responsibilities
EXP SNOWBOARD cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure, fortuitous event, disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire.
The choice and purchase of a product are placed under the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to incompatibility of the equipment, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of EXP SNOWBOARD.
In case of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of one year (from the date of placing the order) to manifest yourself. Beyond this period we will not accept any claim.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal period:
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. The consumer may derogate from this period in the event that he is unable to travel and at the same time he needs to call on an immediate service necessary for his living conditions. In this case, he would continue to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it shall be extended until the next working day.
The product must be returned in good condition, accompanied by all accessories (fins …) in its original packaging, and not used.

Return procedure:
The return costs in the event of a withdrawal will be at your expense.
The return costs for a product declared not in conformity with the order, will be borne by EXP SNOWBOARD. Simply contact EXP SNOWBOARD customer service and postage will be sent to you.
This right of return can only be accepted for complete products, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions …) with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back or exchanged.
We strive to make you an exchange, credit or refund within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the products by us.
No cash on delivery will be accepted.

Article 8: Guarantees and after-sales

All our products are backed by a one-year warranty, parts and labor. In the event of a defect during the initial warranty period, we will analyze your photos & make a decision to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
It is essential to contact us for any request related to the warranty or after-sales service, which depends on the conditions of use of the equipment.
To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product or to be in the customer file.
We remind you that you also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects pursuant to articles 1640 and following of the Civil Code.

General:
Products purchased on the www.expsnowboard.com website are available in countries around the world
For reasons of tracking packages, it is impossible for us to deliver orders to bases or other premises of the armed forces, hospitals and holiday centers.

We charge incl. VAT.

Delivery times:
Delivery may vary from 2 to 4 working days subject to product availability. Public holidays do not count as working days.
Delivery can vary from 7 to 45 working days for foreign countries, subject to stock availability.
This is an average time depending on the destination, shipping method and availability of the item.
With Chronopost, if you place an order after 12:00 the express does not work because the carrier passes in the early afternoon. It is also impossible to deliver on Saturday morning if you place an order after 12:00 on Friday.
